celebration of love. We know that flowers play a huge
part in making your special day perfect. That’s why
we’ve constructed a step-by-step guide for brides and
grooms to-be to help make the process of picking out
your flowers simple and enjoyable.
PLANNING THE DETAILS.
Read our “Wedding Planning Stages” so you
know exactly what you can expect from us during
this exciting time of planning and preparation.
Call us to discuss our appointment options and get scheduled for a consultation with one of our Weddings and Event Consultants. We will do our best to get you scheduled within 1-2 weeks.
Once we have your appointment scheduled, we will email you a bridal questionnaire. Please fill out the questionnaire and return it to us before your appointment, along with any pictures and/or links to your Pinterest inspiration boards.
Within 1-3 days of your consultation, we will email you a quote, detailing the projected costs to capture your vision for your big day.
Once you decide to book with us, we will require a 20% deposit, which you can pay either in person or over the phone. The deposit saves your wedding date on our calendar and will be applied to your final bill.
30 days prior to your wedding, we will sit down again and finalize all the details, including ribbon selections, final table counts, and final payment. You are welcome to make any changes to the quote prior to this appointment or at the final appointment.
Once final payment is received, we will place your flower order through our wholesalers and farms.
The week of your wedding, all flowers and supplies arrive in our shop and its time for the magic to begin. We create all of your florals by hand and each is customized to your quoted specifications, meaning that no two weddings we have done have ever been the same. Your special day will be as unique as you!
The last step is you to enjoy your beautiful flowers on your big day!
